About him
I am a semi retired engineering consultant, who likes to travel, enjoy other cultures and has a sense of adventure.
I have two lovely daughters and five wonderful grandchildren.
My passions include traveling, gardening, socialising and occasional motorcycling.
I also love cooking, especially when I get to share it with someone special. I enjoy taking my motorhome to different places around the UK for new experiences. I’m planning to take it over to the South of France this year.
I try to stay fit by going to the gym and also swim. On Saturdays, I do the local park runs to keep my mind and body healthy. I have taken up playing Pickleball.
I am a member of the Round Table where we do a lot of charitable work like the annual fireworks and Santa sleigh. As part of the group I do camping weekends (in the motorhome), motorcycle weekends and an active member of the walking group which usually ends in a country pub lunch.
