My friends would describe me as honest; trustworthy; caring; generous; respectful and good fun. I enjoy keeping fit but I’m not obsessed with exercise - spin twice a week, a run thrown in there, along with some weights is enough for me. Enjoy snuggling up on the sofa but I am no couch potato. Dog walks are always a great way to get out and blow away the cobwebs.
I love the countryside and I am fortunate to live in a beautiful part of it. Love animals, especially dogs.
I really enjoy travel, good food and good wine. I like to think I’m a glass half full kind of guy with a positive outlook on life. I love all kinds of holidays but I try to get away skiing at least once a year… probably my favourite hobby.
I am young at heart but with traditional values. I am not looking for flings or being messed about. I want to find someone I can share life with - celebrate when we’re winning, console when we’re not.

Really to fit with the above. To a point, I’m not bothered about age, as it’s the person that’s the most important thing. I also believe distance can be overcome… maybe I’m just an old romantic!
