I love my job but retirement looms and I would love to find someone to share that time with.
I am originally from Bristol but moved to Yorkshire over 30 years ago. I have travelled widely in the past with work but foreign travel and airports are not my favourite pastime and I am just as happy in the UK / France.
A cottage or hotel in the English countryside with my two dogs (and you!) is just as appealing as a trip to the airport.
I am extremely easy going and very rarely get stressed. My outlook is always optimistic and I tend to see the good in every one.

I would like to find a partner who is relaxed in life, loves conversation and a decent meal out. Someone who enjoys walking the dogs together as much as a posh frock night out.
I love boats and often think of buying a narrow boat to explore the the rivers and canals of Britain. Whether I do or not remains to be seen but I enjoy the thought of sharing the experience with a like minded partner!
More realistically my future partner should share a love of the outdoors and whilst I dont trek over miles of moorland or climb mountains I am not adverse to a good day out at at National Trust property.
I don't watch games shows or soaps on TV although I don't mind if you do! I have however recently found The Traitors very entertaining so if you are similarly minded so much the better!
