About him
I am a very independent man, well able to look after himself anywhere in any conditions.
Not some clapped out 80 Year old on his last legs with Jowls, Pipe and Slippers.
Once very fit and I have tried to stay fit. I have gone to go to the Gym, ran in the Yeovil half Marathon a few years ago. I finished but don't ask me my position! I was once a 'Presenter' on Hospital Radio that has given me the confidence to talk to anyone and often do, starting a conversation in a supermarket que.
I Will stop and ask if I can help if I see someone carrying a large box or to help a disabled person out of a car. I put on my track suit every morning to jog around this block of flats delivering the morning papers to residents who are not so mobile.
I want to paint a picture of a tall, friendly, chatty, and helpful Man who has led an adventurous life and can see the funny side of life's complexities. "I get knocked down but I get up again" is my mantra.
