Warm, playful & always up for a new discovery. Oxford-educated but utterly normal and grounded. I’m pretty well travelled. I enjoy skiing, golf, mountains & walking. My pictures are within the last year, some even end November! I’m definitely young at heart if greying a tad. I’m interesting & interested.
I’ve lived abroad for c.4 years. Been retired a few years now from a decent career as a Marketing Director. My widely published travel writing (skiing, golf, spa, gastrofood) keeps me stimulated, exercised and well fed for at least a few weeks of the year! I hope to discover a few more of the unspoilt lands not yet seen. Travel is definitely better when shared with a fun, warm, bright lady, who has downshifted and has let the kids fly.
What can you introduce me to in this crazy 21st Century world of ours?! I’m keen to keep learning but will never be a DIY fan or gardener. But I’ll happily fill those new shelves with great books and pour the best G&Ts by your manicured flowerbeds!

Hopefully you’ve plenty of time for love & adventure as I’m no longer tied to employment. I’m in touch with my feelings and value a darn good “cwtch”. I’m not in the slightest bit woke. I cannot stand these communist Labour grifters, the administrative classes or unelected civil servants ruining our country.
We all want to be loved & admired. I’m very loyal & a straight shooter.
I enjoy great coffee, sushi, road trips, world class sport, the best dry white wines and significant misbehaviour. My mantra is “sex + hugs + bacon rolls”! (in gluten-free bread please).
Log fires & box sets really have their place. I have owned Welsh Springers & Labs in the past. I am not a cat fan and it seems I’m allergic to them these days anyway.

Someone who genuinely wants & has the time for a quality, long term relationship - I will not be that handy fill-in, when empty weekends approach on Thursday evenings!
We are all looking for that elusive chemistry. Similar values & shared dreams go a long way to finding a soulmate, if one exists.
We all know digital dating is absolutely bloody awful & punitive - most agree it’s a numbers game. Let’s attempt to adopt some courtesy & decent values of old, if at all possible.
BTW I’m just not a massive lover of excessive tatts. True class ages appropriately. Fashionistas, lippy botoxers & sugarbabies can simply jog on.
NB This isn’t a self-validation exercise or a texting channel for those lonely hours at weekends, when the girlfriends, kids & coupled friends are busy or granny isn’t needed.
This really needs to be a reasonable priority for you - not just a gentle form of ego-massaging or a mindless, phone-swiping addiction to alleviate your own boredom!
