My friends say I am a well educated, intelligent, confident person who smiles a lot and has an infectious positivity to life. I am relaxed in peoples company and can and will talk about anything in a lighthearted manner. As a terrible romantic I can be extremely tactile with the right man, but it doesn't happen overnight unless it is love at first sight! Now wouldn't that be romantic!
Due to my professional career which has taken me to 4 countries to live and work I am at ease making new friends and mixing and mingling with people. I am
happy in jeans and wellies as much as dressing up and going out to dinner. But cooking dinner together at home with a good bottle of wine and great music would be a must.
I am an optimistic romantic and I have been looking for my true worldly, loving gentleman (silver fox) companion for some time. But my problem has been nomadic, Now semi-retired (I undertake consultancy when required) I am based back in Norfolk, England but love to travel regularly. I am an adventurous cook and a charming hostess. I watch period costume drama, read romantic novels, country walks, occasionally going to the theatre or cinema and visiting historical places of interest. There is nothing better in summer, or winter than an impromptu few days away in the countryside or a city or town of interest at home or abroad.
My main photo and others are from my 70th birthday party in June 2025. I still have natural light brown hair . The other pictures were taken about 2/3 years ago. I am told I don't look my age.
