If the behaviour of another member is giving you cause for concern, please complete the form below choosing the option "Report a member for inappropriate or suspect behaviour" with as much detail as possible. All complaints are treated in confidence. At our sole discretion, we may warn, suspend or delete any member's profile where allegations of inappropriate or suspect behaviour have been reported.

Serious incident
If you need to report a more serious incident, such as an attack, a missing person, or if you feel that your safety is at immediate risk, then we would always advise you to contact the police immediately. Then let our Customer Support Team know using the form below choosing the option "Report a serious incident". A senior member of our support team will respond as quickly as possible.
Report A Suspected Underage User
Soul to Soul is a service for adults aged 18 and over only. If you believe a profile may have been created by someone under the age of 18, please complete the form below, selecting the option "Report a Suspected Underage User". Please include any relevant details that explain your concerns. If we agree that the profile appears to have been created by someone underage, we will remove it. All reports are treated in confidence.
